The project consisted of full strip out of 2 Units (Ground Floor and Basement). Demolition of party wall between both Units. Concrete infill of ground floor slab. Formation of lift pit and lift shaft. Total refit of both Units including false ceilings, office construction, hoardings, painting and decorating.

The project consisted of the removal of a car park reinforced concrete slab 20m x 3m x 500mm. Method applied: the slab was propped from below and the concrete cut into 4 tonne sections using a hydraulic track saw. A crane was used to lift each section of concrete out onto the back of a flat bed lorry.

The project consisted of the infill of suspended concrete slabs, internal demolition, diamond drilling for MandE, formation of lift pit and supply of skilled labour.
